What is Rutt Etra?
It creates geometry lines based on the image and add displacement in regions based on the brightness level.
Rutt Etra Plugin
Rutt Etra for Davinci Resolve is a macro plugin which can be used in the fusion page to get this effect.
It is very easy to use, there are various parameters in the plugin:
Controls
Glow: adjust the glow amount of the lines
Size: change the overall scale and number of lines
Depth: change the max line depth amount
Strength: adjust the softness of the line edges
Line Width: change the line separation width
Thickness: change the thickness of the lines
Camera
Camera Location: change the position of the camera with the X Y Z sliders
Camera Rotation: change the camera angle
Plane Rotation: change the plane viewing angle
Color
Adjust the color of the lines with the easy color corrector wheel including saturation, hue, tint, brightness etc.
The most important power of this plugin is that you can apply it to any video!
